    We use mature wine that would otherwise be thrown away. These wines are carefully selected and collected by us.

    The collected wine is distilled at the local Kramer distillery. This process transforms the wine into a high-quality spirit.

    The resulting spirit is mixed with natural flavours according to our recipe to create the unique Wild Betty

Kramer Distillery

The Emmentaler Brennerei Kramer AG in Heimiswil has been in existence for three generations now. The distillery includes a contract distillery and a commercial distillery. In the contract distillery, pickled, fermented fruits are distilled for private and agricultural customers. The commercial operation mainly sources fruit from the region.
